After receiving a BSEE in 1971 from the University of Florida, Karl spent 8 years as a project engineer.   For the next 23 years he utilized his engineering knowledge and experience and became a successful technical recruiter. Technical recruiting is the hardest sales job in the world. Not only do you have to sell your customer to buy your product, you have to sell the product on going home with the customer – a double sale every time.  In 2002 he changed industries to Real Estate and building upon his sales skills, he has been very successful selling land.Karl is multi-task oriented, well organized, a self-starter, high energy, comfortable in an ambiguous and fast paced environment, a team player and creative problem solver with fantastic people skills. He has strong Internet skills with strong knowledge of quality online databases and search engines.  Karl is an optimistic individual. He is the type of person who loves exploring new places or things and a wide variety of experiences. He tends to display a natural charisma that draws others to his charm. Karl is a very encouraging person; others are drawn to him because they find him inspirational. Recognizing the value of a good relationship, Karl is very patient and caring when relating to others. He is even-paced; and Karl usually remains calm and relaxed, even in situations that may ruffle some others. He likes the role of a peacemaker, when working through problems, Karl tries to rely on successful strategies that have proven results. A very creative person, Karl is often willing to seek out new solutions to problems. He is self motivated and will often work at a fast pace to accomplish his goals. Karl likes new challenges and he is usually able to make decisions easily, even under pressure. Not afraid to take a bold approach, Karl is willing to challenge the status quo. He is original and creative, and acts with confidence when implementing new solutions. Karl will tend to use a balance of intuition and facts when making decisions, and once he has made a decision, he will not be afraid to take action upon it. Karl is a specialist in land.
